The second Saturday of every month we meet @the Bonner Springs Library from 1pm – 3pm. We host special author guests, writing days, conference prep sessions, and contest crits. If you’re a fiction writer in the KC metro please join us.
I’ve been a member of American Christian Fiction writers (ACFW) since December 2010 and now I’m VP. I love the mounds of resources at my fingertips. And my local group is inspiring. I hate to miss a single meeting. It’s definitely worth the price of admission.
My first article Shining a Light in the Darkness: Angels in Young Adult Literature appeared in Koinonia Magazine, a quarterly denominational magazine of the Anglican church. Thanks to Bishop Leo Michael and his wife Holly Michael for setting up the Maranatha Book Fest and asking me to turn this presentation into an article. Check out pages 26 – 27 courtesy Scribd:
